Privacy Policy

We look after your data the way we teach people to look after objects: we collect only what is needed, we explain why, and we pass on nothing extra. Here is exactly what, and why.

• The launch list (waitlist): the email address you leave on the app page — to notify you when the app is out.
• Your account: the name or alias you'd like to be called, and a sign-in address. One account for the site and the app.
• Object photos: the images you take to have a piece read. For the reading to happen, the frame is passed to our AI partner (Anthropic) and processed in transit — the photo is not stored long-term by us or by the partner; what stays in your card is the reading itself. Your images and cards belong to you.
• Personal notes on an object: text, voice, video and — if you add it yourself — a place mark. All of it is visible to you alone, until you decide otherwise.
• Gallery posts: only what you choose to publish. Until you tap "publish", a piece stays private.
• Technical data: anonymised information about how the service runs — and no analytics trackers in the app.

The waitlist email is for one letter about the launch, nothing more. Account and collection data let the app remember your objects and let the curator keep the conversation going. Photos are used to read a piece — and for nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data is held in secure infrastructure (Supabase). We pass to third parties only what the service cannot work without: the photo frame goes to our AI partner for reading (in transit, with no long-term storage), and hosting provides the technical infrastructure. Beyond that — no one, except where the law requires it. We do not currently collect payment data; there are no analytics trackers in the app. Access keys stay on the server.

• Ask what data of yours we hold.
• Correct it — or delete everything, fully and irreversibly: right in the app (profile → delete account) or on request.
• Unsubscribe from the launch letter in one click.
• Withdraw consent for the curator's memory — conversations can be "forgotten".

The curator O. remembers the thread of your conversations only with your consent, and only to be more useful. You can clear that memory at any time. We do not resurrect people or imitate the dead — that will not happen, even on request.

The service is not intended for anyone under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
